Business Tax Preparation

Cowart Roe CPA provides tax preparation services for many different entities such as sole proprietorships, LLCs, partnerships, corporations, and s-corporations. In addition to preparation for these entities, we communicate with our clients regularly to ensure that they understand their financial and tax-related position. Tax preparation time for businesses is usually cut in half if we also provide bookkeeping services as less time to review the financials is required. This saves our clients time and money.

Nonprofit Tax Preparation

Cowart Roe CPA provides tax preparation and compliance services for nonprofit organizations, including public charities, private foundations, churches, and other tax-exempt entities. Our services include the preparation of Forms 990, 990-EZ, and 990-PF, as well as guidance related to maintaining tax-exempt status and meeting annual filing requirements. In addition to preparing required filings, we communicate with nonprofit leaders regularly to help them understand their organization's financial position, compliance obligations, and reporting requirements.

Individual Tax Preparation

Cowart Roe CPA provides individual income tax preparation services for individuals.  We communicate with our clients regularly to ensure that they understand their taxes and use that knowledge to better their financial position. Our tax advice is provided on a personal, per client basis.

Tax Planning and Consulting

Through our tax preparation process at Cowart Roe CPA, we calculate the next year’s quarterly tax estimates for our clients as applicable based on the prepared tax return. When requested, we also work with clients throughout the year to periodically update these estimates based on current year activity. If any extraordinary events arise, we can provide tax planning for these items as well.
